Dr Marion Lagler

Marion Lagler is an associate at CORE Attorneys. She has versatile work experience with companies, authorities and courts as well as larger Swiss law firms. Marion Lagler has special expertise in the areas of e-commerce, distribution, IT and public procurement law as well as criminal law. In 2014, she wrote her doctoral thesis on "Special Procedures: overburdening the criminal justice system or an expression of increased punitiveness?". Marion Lagler advises clients in all of CORE Attorneys' focus areas and represents them before Swiss authorities and courts.
