Commission (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weko.admin.ch\/weko\/en\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>COMCO<\/strong><\/a>) concluded its reconsideration proceeding against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swatchgroup.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Swatch<\/a> subsidiary ETA SA Manufacture Horlog\u00e8re Suisse (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eta.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ETA<\/strong><\/a>). The COMCO stands by its decision of 2013 and refrains from regulating new delivery obligations for ETA from 2020 onwards. In the opinion of the COMCO, however, ETA continues to dominate the market for mechanical Swiss made movements. ETA is therefore still subject in particular to the behavioural control of article 7 of the Swiss Cartel Act.
