In the absence of legal regulations and relevant practice by the Swiss courts, there is considerable legal uncertainty regarding many aspects, especially with regard to the termination of so-called innominate distribution agreements.<\/p><p>After the introduction of innominate distribution agreements, i.e. of agreements that are not explicitly regulated by the Swiss Code of Obligations (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/en\/classified-compilation\/19110009\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CO<\/a>), as a separate contract type, the authors <a href=\"https:\/\/core-attorneys.com\/en\/core-team\/mario-strebel\/\">Mario Strebel<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/core-attorneys.com\/en\/core-team\/fabian-koch\/\">Fabian Koch<\/a> deal with specific aspects of the termination of such agreements in their article published in the Swiss online journal Jusletter.
