Competition Law in Practice – Vertical Hardcore Restraints

On the basis of specific requests for advice, the key topics of information exchange, purchasing pools, association/cooperation, commercial agency relationships, vertical hardcore restraints and notification requirements in the context of merger control are presented from the perspective of the Secretariat of the Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) and critically explained by antitrust lawyers.
